My account says I have 1 new message, but when I click on my inbox, it's the same old messages from before. I tried logging out and back in again. Undecided

If you don't want to keep the message, you might try deleting it, and see if that helps.

But I'd still want to know if it happens again.

Otherwise I can see if there's a setting I can fix manually to stop you from getting that alert. The site is overdue for an upgrade, but I don't like to do it so close to HRW, so it's possible this is a bug that will be fixed when I upgrade the site, which will hopefully be in about a month. But if it remains a persistent problem, we'll have to find a solutions sooner, because those pop up boxes are annoying.
